Equal3 can provide financial advice on a variety of products, which includes but is not limited to:

  • business insurance - property, business interruption and liability; commercial and private motor vehicles; house and contents; marine; trade credit; travel; engineering & contract works; event cancellation; mobile plant; forestry; pleasure craft and commercial hull.

Equal3 uses a wide range of New Zealand based and overseas providers, which includes but is not limited to:

Equal3 will NOT provide advice on:

  • Life and Health Insurance; investments; Kiwisaver; Medical Insurance or Mortgages so you will need to consult a specialist if you want advice on these products.

Equal3 can refer a specialist who deals with these products to contact you, if you require.

How we get paid:

We earn our income from either a fee charged or commission/brokerage [calculated as a % of the company and natural disaster premiums charged to you] that is earned and ceded to Equal3 from providers. This income can be a combination of both.

Premium Funding:

Premium funding allows you to pay your insurance premium by instalments, rather than a lump sum payment.

Premium funding companies charge interest and they take a power of attorney over your insurance policy. This means they can cancel your insurance policy if you fail to pay an instalment.
